• • The Communications & Operations Senior Manager (Focused Ministries) plays a critical role in advancing InterVarsity’s mission by providing strategic project management and operational support to a supervisor, ensuring seamless execution of ministry initiatives and communications.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing annual plans, coordinating events and projects, setting meeting agendas, monitoring timelines and budgets, drafting internal and external communications, maintaining donor and prayer support relationships, and acting as a central hub for cross-departmental coordination and process improvement.
