• • The Growth Enablement and Launch Specialist – HUB Services role at Inizio Medical is critical to driving business growth by supporting opportunity development and launching new client engagements within the Patient Access HUB Services of Inizio Engage. This position bridges strategic planning and operational execution to ensure successful delivery of life sciences solutions.
• • Day to day, the specialist will draft RFP responses and proposals using deep knowledge of Engage solutions, collaborate with subject matter experts to refine content, lead proposal development timelines, attend client discovery meetings to capture requirements, maintain proposal repositories, coordinate pricing and functional inputs, and partner with Operations Leads to develop and manage project plans for new engagement launches, ensuring timely, in-scope, and on-budget program stand-up while serving as a liaison between client PMOs and internal teams.
