- • As a Revenue Operations Senior Manager at Lytx, you will build and lead the operational foundation supporting Key Account Management and Customer Success organizations, creating the processes, frameworks, and data infrastructure needed to run a world-class Retain & Grow motion from scratch.
- • You will own the end-to-end renewal forecasting process, establish retention and expansion metrics (NRR, GRR, expansion ARR, churn), monitor pipeline health, develop risk assessment frameworks, lead territory planning, and serve as a strategic operations partner to Sales and CS leadership by translating data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- • You will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, partnering directly with Sales and CS leadership to improve renewal forecasting accuracy, identify at-risk revenue early, and ensure customer-facing teams are deployed against the right opportunities, with the VP of Revenue Operations relying on you as the subject matter expert for retention and expansion.
- • In this role, you will build scalable systems from ambiguity, earn trust with field leaders through data-backed communication, shape quarterly and annual operating plans, and drive operational improvements that outlast your direct involvement while contributing to Lytx’s mission of protecting a world in motion through roadway safety technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations, with meaningful time supporting post-sale or Retain & Grow functions
- • Demonstrated track record of building operational processes from scratch in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- • Experience owning or co-owning retention and expansion metrics (NRR, GRR, churn, expansion ARR) in a B2B SaaS or subscription business
- • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM configured for renewal motion
- • Strong background in territory design, forecasting methodology, and pipeline management disciplines
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent analytical depth a plus
