- • As an Enterprise Transformation Lead within Humana’s Shared Services organization supporting the Insurance Segment, you will manage complex, cross-functional process engagements to deliver sustainable business outcomes, driving efficiency and high-quality results through structured methodologies and business agility.
- • Day to day, you will lead problem-solving and process improvement projects, manage and coach project teams including training Green Belts, apply Six Sigma (DMAIC) to eliminate non-value-added activities, develop business cases, and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on transformation initiatives.
- • You will be part of Humana’s Shared Services organization, a caring community dedicated to improving member and provider experiences, where you’ll collaborate across teams to align people, processes, and technology with organizational objectives and foster continual improvement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in process engineering, strategic consulting, and change management, while gaining influence as a subject matter expert guiding transformation practices and contributing to Communities of Practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- • Minimum 7 years’ process engineering experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- • Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
- • Proven leadership experience managing strategic and operational initiatives.
- • Expertise in Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and tools.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead complex and ambiguous programs, translating data into actionable solutions.
