📋 Description

• You will join a truly driven team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1 billion students worldwide.
• You will own and drive 2-3 high-impact projects that directly unlock revenue growth and operational efficiency - from optimising our sales funnel to spearheading market expansion across countries and verticals.
• You will build data models and strategic frameworks that inform decisions on market entry and product positioning.
• You will eliminate execution friction for our leadership team by taking full ownership of cross-functional initiatives from research through to implementation.
• Every project you complete accelerates our timeline to serve 1 billion students.
• Your work directly impacts our North Stars: growing ARR and DAUs while we race to establish market dominance.
• Within 3-6 months, you will have delivered measurable outcomes - whether that’s an improvement in sales conversion, a validated expansion strategy or automations that save our teams time each week.
• You will work alongside 60 exceptional people who match your ambition within a flat hierarchy - direct access to founders and leadership without bureaucratic middle layers.
• You'll own entire areas from conception to delivery with real decision-making authority.
• Your work will have immediate, measurable impact on education globally and directly improves how millions of students learn.

🎯 Requirements

• Top-tier university (business, economics, or quantitative field)
• Previous experience in consulting, high-growth startup, or similar university projects
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Native/fluent English; German is a plus
• Available to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility!)
