- • Kaplan is seeking a Certified Management Accountant Subject Matter Expert to join us as a Contractor to contribute to the development of test-like exam questions.
- • This is a remote and asynchronous opportunity, allowing you the flexibility to complete the work outside of standard business hours.
- • As a vital member of our content development process, you will leverage your expertise and certification to review items and ensure the accuracy, relevance, and exam-like quality of our practice questions.
- • You will work collaboratively with our Content Specialists, providing insightful feedback and revisions to help candidates effectively prepare for their Certified Management Accountant.
- • Responsibilities include reviewing batches of exam questions, evaluating questions against a provided checklist, making necessary revisions and improvements to questions, submitting marked-up Google Documents for each batch, ensuring all content is accurate, error-free, and current with the latest Certified Management Accountant specifications, adhering to Kaplan's requested style guide in all revisions and submissions, participating in Kaplan's standard content review cycle, rephrasing and revising content to align with test-likeness, responding to all review queries within 2 business days, and adhering to specified timelines for each batch of questions.
- • Minimum requirements include being an active CMA or higher in the relevant field, having a demonstrated deep understanding of official exam content, professional domain knowledge, and the exam format, having strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, having excellent written communication and editing skills, being proficient in using Google Docs and Google Drive, and having the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
- • Preferred requirements include prior experience in instructional content development, particularly for the relevant exam, previous teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant subject area, and familiarity with principles of effective test question design.
