📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of cross-functional initiatives across clinical, pharmacy, digital, logistics, regulatory, and commercial teams to scale Montu’s healthtech ecosystem.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, ambiguous workflows, or emerging risks before they are formally scoped, and take ownership of resolving them without waiting for directive.
• Diagnose root causes of systemic delays or misalignments, bringing clarity and structure to chaotic or undefined situations.
• Prioritize initiatives by assessing impact and feasibility—deciding what to pursue, delay, or discontinue based on strategic alignment and resource constraints.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to scope by establishing clear plans, defined owners, critical paths, and visible progress metrics—without imposing rigid methodologies.
• Introduce Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks only where they accelerate progress; remove or simplify processes that create unnecessary overhead.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and blockers in real time, and unblock teams through direct intervention, negotiation, or resource reallocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across clinical, technical, legal, and commercial functions, ensuring alignment without over-meeting.
• Communicate change initiatives in plain language, tailor messaging to diverse audiences (clinicians, engineers, compliance officers), and actively win buy-in from skeptics.
• Champion continuous improvement by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance scalability across workflows.
• Leave every process you touch faster, simpler, and more efficient than you found it—embedding sustainable improvements into team DNA.
• Mentor and develop team members in delivery best practices, laying the foundation for a future internal implementation or change team.
• Use everyday collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, spreadsheets) to track progress, document decisions, and maintain transparency across distributed teams.
• Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced scale-up environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution—rolling up sleeves to solve problems directly when needed.
• Adapt delivery approaches dynamically based on context, avoiding one-size-fits-all solutions in favor of pragmatic, context-sensitive methods.
• Act as a change agent who not only manages projects but shapes how the organization delivers value as it grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience as an Implementation & Change Lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven track record of bringing order to chaos in ambiguous, fast-moving settings
• Strong practical understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models, with ability to adapt them pragmatically
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including clinicians, engineers, compliance, and commercial teams
• Comfort with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, and spreadsheets
• Bias for action and high degree of autonomy—ability to identify work and drive outcomes without waiting for direction
