📋 Description

• • As a Change Management Manager at First American Financial Corporation, you will serve as an individual contributor focused on enabling successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational strategies by guiding individuals and teams through transitions, reducing resistance, and increasing engagement to ensure changes are understood, embraced, and sustained.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining and integrating change management strategies for large programs, advising senior sponsors and cross-functional teams on change impacts, developing advanced tools and templates for enterprise use, leading high-visibility stakeholder engagement efforts, evaluating change effectiveness, leading post-implementation reviews, and serving as a recognized expert and mentor across the change community.
