📋 Description

  • Manage and execute project plans for client engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines across global HR and Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Independently lead delivery of in-scope activities for small to medium-sized client projects, while collaborating with senior consultants on large-scale engagements.
  • Conduct foundational analysis to develop customized change management and strategic communication plans, including creation of digital and live-session communication materials.
  • Build and maintain credible relationships with client stakeholders at C-level and operational levels, as well as internal teams including project leadership, PMO, and technical resources.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on navigating organizational change through leading-edge change management practices that align with business outcomes.
  • Contribute to business development by participating in needs analysis, solution design, pricing of change services, and identifying upsell opportunities during active client engagements.
  • Identify and propose improvements to the firm’s change management methodology, tools, and delivery practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Actively participate as a collaborative team member in practice communities, sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and engaging in continuous learning.
  • Communicate complex cultural, behavioral, role, and process changes clearly and succinctly to diverse audiences across global markets.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable in dynamic, ambiguous environments while consistently applying team standards and best practices to day-to-day work.
  • Utilize MS Office applications proficiently to produce reports, presentations, and communication assets for client deliverables.
  • Travel up to 30% during peak project periods to support client-facing activities, with work primarily virtual and based in Ontario, Canada.
  • Support deployments of cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors by integrating change management strategies into technology adoption lifecycles.
  • Engage in the full sales cycle, including contributing to RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations for change management services.

  • Maintain a client-centric, data-driven approach to ensure sustainable adoption of new ways of working through measurable behavioral and organizational change.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including background checks and work authorization requirements, while upholding Strada’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
