- • The Change Manager I - Remote role supports and leads moderate to high-complexity IT change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes across CSAA Insurance Group. This role applies structured change management methodologies to minimize resistance, drive user engagement, and achieve desired business outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading change management efforts for IT system implementations, upgrades, and process changes; developing and implementing change strategies aligned with business objectives; conducting impact and readiness assessments; designing communication and training plans; collaborating with project teams to integrate change activities; providing mentorship to leaders; identifying and managing resistance; tracking adoption metrics; and ensuring compliance with ADKAR, Prosci, and Proxima frameworks.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 8 years of relevant experience
- • Prosci Certification
- • Deep knowledge and validated application of change management processes and tools including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, sponsorship engagement, change strategy, and change story development for large-scale initiatives
- • Excellent analytical ability to interpret change management data and influence decisions
- • Strong skills in sponsorship coaching, resistance management, and behavior change
- • Substantial insurance business knowledge or shared services/consulting experience
