- • As a Channel Account Manager at Moose Labs LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Channel Partner Route-to-Market strategy, specifically focusing on our engagement with CDW. This position is designed for an energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious individual eager to advance their career in channel sales within the technology sector.
- • You will be instrumental in supporting the intricate relationship between CDW and Rapid7 channel sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving mutual success. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting and executing critical enablement activities designed to empower our partners and amplify our market reach.
- • This role is a continuation of Rapid7's strategic objective to enhance our coverage posture across key CDW markets, fostering a closer connection between our partners and customers for an unparalleled shared experience.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to support partner enablement initiatives. This includes actively contributing to activities that drive partner-generated pipeline and ultimately deliver partner-sourced deals, all aimed at achieving defined sales targets.
- • You will be involved in the follow-up of channel account-based marketing campaigns, which are meticulously designed through collaborative efforts between sales, channel, and marketing teams.
- • Assist in the execution of integrated email and channel campaigns, a crucial function for generating new channel sales prospects and expanding our customer base.
- • You will play a supportive role in ensuring customer health and driving renewals within the CDW ecosystem, contributing to long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- • A key responsibility involves driving target partner contacts to actively participate in marketing events and respond effectively to our campaigns, maximizing engagement and lead generation.
- • Collaborate closely with other Regional Channel Account Managers to strategically target prospective partners, with the overarching goal of building a robust sales pipeline.
- • Cultivate and maintain strong cross-functional relationships internally, working harmoniously with our sales, marketing, and enablement teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
- • Provide regular and insightful reporting on demand generation, enablement activities, and pipeline development, offering data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- • Your performance will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs), and you will be expected to consistently meet and exceed these targets, delivering a high volume of qualified channel sales opportunities.
- • You will leverage your understanding of the channel partner ecosystem and channel sales dynamics to build and nurture strong relationships with CDW Account Managers and their leadership, extending to Director-level contacts.
- • You will be responsible for setting up and executing effective enablement and training sessions within your territory, directly engaging with CDW sellers and their respective customers.
- • Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage a significant Book of Business within CDW, operating both from CDW offices and in the field to maximize engagement and opportunity.
- • You will be expected to embody Rapid7's core values, contributing to a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.
- • While not mandatory, previous experience working in Software/SaaS/Security Sales would be considered a significant advantage, providing a strong foundation for understanding our market and offerings.
- • Maintain a high level of organization and meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of your work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
