  • • As the Channel Director for Central Europe at Semperis, you will be the pivotal leader and primary point of contact responsible for cultivating and enabling mutually profitable relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem. This role is central to Semperis's "100% Channel Sales Model," driving growth and market penetration within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • • Your core mission will involve the strategic recruitment and onboarding of new, high-caliber partners, including Referral Partners, System Integrators & Consulting Firms, Resellers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Tech Alliances. You will meticulously identify and engage partners whose strategic alignment and business objectives complement Semperis's growth trajectory, ensuring a foundation for long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to actively drive partner-sourced pipeline growth. This will be achieved through the execution of sophisticated "Sell With" and "Sell Through" strategies. You will work in close collaboration with the Semperis field sales teams, ensuring a unified approach to market engagement and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • • You will be accountable for maintaining highly accurate revenue forecasting for your region. This involves diligent tracking of partner activities, pipeline development, and sales performance, with comprehensive documentation within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • • A key responsibility is the planning, coordination, and active participation in joint marketing initiatives with your partners. This includes a blend of in-person events, webinars, and other collaborative marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, build brand awareness, and strengthen partner relationships.
  • • You will lead comprehensive enablement efforts for your partner network. This involves delivering targeted training sessions, developing and coordinating educational programs for partner Sales, Pre-Sales, and Services teams. The goal is to equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to effectively position and sell Semperis solutions.
  • • Proactively uncovering new business opportunities through your channel partners will be a continuous effort. You will actively support sales efforts by attending customer meetings alongside partner sales representatives, providing expert insights and fostering stronger end-customer engagement.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building, enabling, and monetizing high-performing reseller partnerships within the cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM) sectors.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing regional channel strategies that align with Semperis's global objectives, ensuring consistent growth and market leadership.
  • • The position requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the specific needs of partners operating within this dynamic market.
  • • You will foster a collaborative environment, working closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner engagement and support.
