- • Own the full project lifecycle for multiple, concurrent Salesforce implementations across healthcare and life-science clients, translating complex business requirements into elegant cloud solutions that improve patient experiences and accelerate digital transformation.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, department heads, and end users, ensuring every voice is heard and every goal is clearly documented, prioritized, and reflected in a living roadmap that evolves with the client’s business.
- • Architect detailed project plans that balance scope, timeline, budget, and quality; continuously monitor velocity, burn rate, and risk exposure, then proactively adjust resources, sprint goals, and release strategies to keep every engagement green while exceeding customer expectations.
- • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for cross-functional pods of Salesforce administrators, developers, UX designers, and QA analysts, fostering an Agile culture that celebrates transparency, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.
- • Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into actionable Jira tickets, maintain a well-groomed backlog, and coordinate release management activities including environment refreshes, data migrations, UAT cycles, and go-live cutover plans that minimize downtime and maximize adoption.
- • Drive client demos, steering-committee updates, and executive steering-group meetings, using crisp storytelling and data-driven insights to showcase incremental value, secure quick wins, and unlock additional scope that deepens Penrod’s partnership and revenue.
- • Champion change-management best practices—training plans, communication cadences, adoption metrics, and feedback loops—so that every Salesforce rollout is embraced by end users and delivers measurable ROI within 90 days of launch.
- • Mentor junior project coordinators and scrum masters, sharing templates, risk registers, and lessons learned so the entire Delivery organization levels up and delivers consistent, world-class experiences across all engagements.
- • Collaborate with Penrod’s sales, solution architecture, and account-management teams during pre-sales to scope new work, estimate effort, and craft SOWs that set realistic expectations and position projects for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- • Maintain an unwavering focus on HIPAA compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements unique to healthcare and life sciences, ensuring every configuration, integration, and custom development aligns with industry standards and client audit protocols.
- • Travel up to 25 % to client sites for discovery workshops, sprint reviews, and go-live celebrations, building in-person rapport that accelerates trust and long-term partnership expansion.
- • Within your first 60 days, earn your Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud certification—Penrod covers 100 % of exam fees, prep courses, and study materials—then continue to add advanced credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Salesforce Application Architect to deepen your expertise and market value.
