📋 Description

• As a Product Portfolio Lead, Health & Benefits at WEX Inc., you will own the outcomes for a key product or initiative within the Digital team, driving the full product lifecycle by connecting deep customer insights to broader company strategy and defining the path to market success.
• You will serve as the central orchestrator of the Channel Partner Roadmap, tracking and aligning hundreds of disparate product initiatives across a massive product organization to support indirect go-to-market channels, acting as the primary liaison between internal product teams and the global partner ecosystem.
• You will ensure process consistency across the organization by managing the flow of information and roadmap transparency, delivering unified executive communications and product updates that empower partner success and influence how partners sell and support WEX solutions.
• You will develop and apply strategic competencies including Strategic Mindset, Customer Obsession, Results Focus, Insights-Driven decision-making, Trusted Partnership, and Relevant Expertise to drive alignment in a complex matrix organization without direct authority.
• You will design, implement, and enforce standardized product management processes to ensure consistency in reporting and planning across departments, while navigating organizational complexity with high emotional intelligence and influence.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience managing outcomes for a single initiative or product area.
• Proven experience defining and leveraging product metrics to understand performance and deliver on OKRs.
• Industry experience in Consumer Directed Health, Healthcare Fintech, Benefits Administration, Payments, Healthcare Insurance Provider, or Fintech.
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical product complexities into business-speak for C-suite and external stakeholders.
• Mastery in building and sustaining trust-based relationships across global product teams and partnership arms.
