📋 Description
- • Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans for the Anchors & Fasteners business within the C&I channel, with full responsibility for profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and new product plans.
- • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive channel performance.
- • Present new product launches, merchandising strategies, and promotional plans directly to buyers and ensure successful market communication execution.
- • Interface with the Brand Marketing team to oversee the production and deployment of point-of-purchase materials.
- • Analyze and track key performance metrics including point-of-sale (POS) data, inventory levels, market share, and competitive landscape trends.
- • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize sales and margin outcomes.
- • Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to manage product listings, optimize sales mix, and implement pricing actions to enhance profitability.
- • Provide technical sales field support through submittals, standardized training decks, and competitive cross-referencing materials.
- • Support third-party sales repping agencies by managing commission reports, performance updates, and coordinating inventory/warehouse visibility to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- • Make sound business decisions grounded in a holistic understanding of the channel P&L to drive both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leverage systems such as Salesforce, SAP, BW, and Ariba to support data analysis and operational execution.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring strong multitasking, deadline management, and attention to detail.
- • Contribute to a global team supporting iconic brands including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of five (5+) years of Product, Sales, and/or Marketing experience within the retail space with a proven track record of sales growth and margin accretion
- • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of key business and financial metrics including Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, and Inventory Turns
- • Effective project management, interpersonal, conflict management, and verbal and written communication skills
- • Can-do mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and excellence in execution
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, BW, and Ariba is a plus
- • Must be based within the United States and not require visa sponsorship
