📋 Description

  • The Channel Marketing Specialist – Partner Engagement & Activation role at 8x8 is critical to driving partner-led growth by designing and executing marketing initiatives that activate and empower channel partners to sell 8x8 solutions effectively. This role bridges corporate marketing and partner ecosystems, ensuring partners have the tools, campaigns, and support needed to succeed in the market.
  • Day to day, the specialist will develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with partners, create partner-facing marketing assets (such as email templates, social content, and sales enablement materials), track campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, and marketing) to align partner activations with go-to-market strategies. They will also maintain partner portals, support partner events and webinars, and ensure consistent messaging across all partner touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Proven ability to create and execute co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement materials
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
