  • • As a Channel SDR, you will be instrumental in expanding Deel's reach by cultivating and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners. Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities that arise from our partner ecosystem, ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline for our Channel Account Executives (AEs).
  • • This role is at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, requiring a proactive and strategic approach to partner engagement. You will dive deep into understanding the unique value propositions of our partners, their client bases, and their respective industries to pinpoint high-intent prospects that align perfectly with Deel's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • • Your day-to-day will involve a blend of meticulous research, targeted outreach, and collaborative engagement. You'll be responsible for executing sophisticated outbound campaigns across various channels – including email, LinkedIn, and participation in ecosystem events – all designed to generate qualified leads and secure initial meetings for the sales team.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to activate and re-engage our existing partner network. This means building strong rapport, conducting timely follow-ups, and providing lightweight enablement to ensure our partners are consistently bringing forward valuable deal flow. Your efforts will directly contribute to unlocking new revenue streams and strengthening our market presence.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with our Channel AEs, aligning on account strategies, prioritizing outreach efforts, and ensuring a seamless handover of qualified opportunities. Your ability to effectively communicate and strategize with the sales team will be crucial for converting these prospects into successful deals.
  • • To ensure transparency and drive continuous improvement, you will maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, meticulously tracking all partner-sourced activities. You will be responsible for reporting on pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and key engagement activities, providing valuable insights to optimize our channel strategy.
