- ⢠As a Channel Sales Executive for Motorola Solutionsâ Video Security & Access Control team in Brazil, you will be a pivotal force in advancing the companyâs mission to keep people safer by driving market growth and demand for life-saving security technologies across your assigned territory. This role sits at the critical intersection of technology and human safety, where you will represent Motorola Solutionsâ integrated ecosystemâincluding Avigilon Alta, Avigilon Unity, and Pelco portfoliosâto businesses, public safety agencies, and enterprises seeking reliable, innovative protection solutions.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on identifying and engaging key market influencers, creating high-value demand within end-user communities, and building a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and strategic outreach. You will conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional activities, and maintain accurate tracking of all opportunities using proprietary CRM and project databases, while also supporting leadership in setting and achieving ambitious quarterly and annual sales objectives for the Brazil region.
- ⢠You will provide essential technical guidance and product training to end users, assist in supervising installations at key accounts to ensure proper system commissioning, and contribute to the development of training materials by offering feedback to product teams for future software and hardware enhancementsâensuring customers not only adopt but maximize the value of Motorola Solutionsâ safety technologies.
- ⢠Collaboration is central to success in this role: you will work closely with Channel Account Managers, Distribution Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers to close complex opportunities, attend trade shows and major marketing events to amplify brand presence, and partner with internal teams to align customer requirements with internal capabilities, ensuring expectations are not just met but exceeded.
