- • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user video solutions sales initiatives within the assigned Arizona territory, driving business growth through the partner channel.
- • Develop new business with end customers by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into revenue-generating opportunities using Avigilon’s video analytics, network video management software, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions.
- • Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue quotas specifically tied to Avigilon products and services.
- • Promote and market Avigilon’s full portfolio of security solutions across named accounts and vertical markets including education, healthcare, transportation, government, retail, and critical infrastructure.
- • Build and maintain a robust, active sales funnel through consistent prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM data accuracy.
- • Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional events, and track all sales activities to ensure alignment with territory goals and company strategy.
- • Collaborate with vertical marketing teams to identify and capitalize on end-user engagement opportunities at industry associations, conferences, and tradeshows.
- • Lead the development of customized video and analytics solutions that address specific end-user needs, coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams and channel partners.
- • Achieve “Trusted Advisor” status with customers and channel partners to foster long-term relationships and drive increased system and business development.
- • Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts based on pipeline analysis and market conditions.
- • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date CRM records for all new and existing accounts to support reporting, forecasting, and sales strategy refinement.
- • Travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- • Leverage technical acumen to articulate the value of Avigilon’s products and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools to analyze data, manage pipelines, and prepare sales presentations.
- • Demonstrate exceptional presentation and communication skills to influence decision-makers and close complex sales cycles.
- • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of organization and time management.
- • Continuously learn and master new software tools and sales platforms to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- • Support Avigilon’s overall go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy by aligning all activities with corporate objectives and channel partner expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of technical solutions sales experience
- • Experience working with channel strategies and initiatives
- • Strong technical acumen and ability to speak to video analytics and security solutions
- • Proven record of achieving sales results and developing collaborative relationships
- • Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the territory
