  • • The Channel Sales Partnerships Manager is a strategic, highly visible role responsible for designing, driving, and managing alliance partnerships that accelerate ServiceTitan’s market reach, expand its product suite, and drive enterprise pipeline through co-selling strategies with channel partners.
  • • Day to day, the role involves managing the full lifecycle of partnerships—from identifying use cases and building business cases to negotiating deal terms, launching programs, enabling internal and external teams, tracking performance metrics, and supporting joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners across Accounting, Association, and Supply Chain functions.
  • • The Channel Partnerships team at ServiceTitan is a strategic unit within the broader partnerships organization, focused on building and scaling indirect sales channels to accelerate growth, with a culture of intellectual curiosity, customer orientation, and intentional urgency in achieving company-wide objectives.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic partnership management, cross-functional collaboration, go-to-market execution, and data-driven program optimization, positioning you to influence company strategy and grow into broader leadership roles within a high-growth, publicly traded company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in channel partnerships, business development, product management, or related fields
  • • Direct experience building and managing co-selling motions with channel partners
  • • Ability to source, design, negotiate, and implement net-new partnerships and joint go-to-market strategies
  • • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • • Knowledge of the Trades industries is preferred
