- • The Channel Sales Support Agent serves as the operational backbone for independent contractor sales teams across the UK and Europe, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to successfully sell and onboard Block’s products to local sellers.
- • Day to day, the role involves acting as the main point of contact for sales teams, responding to inquiries within SLA timeframes, providing product knowledge and sales collateral, coordinating with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies, maintaining sales documentation and playbooks, and processing commission calculations in partnership with finance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service
- • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with AI tools
- • Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
