- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing advanced, deterministic chemistry problems with exactly one verifiable correct answer that reflect real scientific workflows in areas such as computational chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, and chemical engineering-adjacent tasks.
- • The role involves creating fully verified solutions and rigorous technical explanations in English, ensuring each problem is reproducible, technically precise, and suitable for use in AI model training and evaluation pipelines.
- • Candidates will use Python and, where appropriate, domain-specific chemistry tools or simulation packages to develop computationally grounded, reasoning-intensive challenges that go beyond rote memorization and test true AI reasoning capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field

- • Strong Python proficiency with familiarity in scientific libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, or Pandas
- • Demonstrated ability to design original, difficult chemistry problems that require deep reasoning and go beyond textbook recall
