📋 Description

• • As Chief Compliance Officer for Kraken Adviser LLC, you will lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of the firm’s compliance program in alignment with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and all applicable federal and state securities regulations, serving as the primary liaison with the SEC and state regulators.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining compliance policies, conducting annual program reviews, overseeing regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form CRS, etc.), managing conflicts of interest, ensuring books and records compliance, directing AML/KYC programs, leading cybersecurity and privacy initiatives, delivering compliance training, and preparing for SEC examinations.
