📋 Description

• • As a Recruiter on the Early Talent team at Whatnot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of commerce by attracting and hiring top university and new graduate talent across global markets, directly supporting the company’s rapid growth in live commerce.
• • Day to day, you will partner with hiring managers in Engineering to build targeted hiring strategies, lead end-to-end recruitment including interviews and offer facilitation, manage intern programs, represent Whatnot at university and career events (with required travel during peak seasons), iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruitment experience, and manage pipelines of 10-20+ open roles simultaneously while emphasizing diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
