📋 Description

• • The Senior HR Generalist serves as the subject matter expert and operational anchor for the HR Generalist team, overseeing core HR functions and acting as the primary escalation point for HR Generalists and Coordinators onshore and offshore.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the functional lead for onshore and offshore HR Generalists/Coordinators, reviewing and approving work product for accuracy and compliance, conducting weekly team meetings, acting as the first-level escalation point for HR inquiries, independently researching and resolving non-routine matters, supporting onboarding and development of new team members, and managing HR operations across the employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, policy enforcement, and HR project support.
