- • Manage the full end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for technical and product roles, including defining hiring needs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending offers.
- • Source and attract top talent primarily for Sales roles such as Account Executive, SDR, and Sales Manager using proactive and strategic sourcing techniques.
- • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify, engage, and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- • Design and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight Lexroom.ai’s culture, mission, and value proposition to enhance candidate interest and retention.
- • Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring priorities, align recruitment strategies with business goals, and deliver data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- • Optimize the candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel by streamlining processes, reducing time-to-hire, and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
- • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track key recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
- • Leverage experience with Ashby ATS to manage candidate pipelines, automate workflows, and generate reports on recruitment performance and funnel efficiency.
- • Craft compelling, accurate, and inclusive job descriptions tailored to attract high-caliber talent in legal technology and AI-driven industries.
- • Serve as a key ambassador for Lexroom.ai’s culture by ensuring every interaction with candidates reflects the company’s values of rigor, clarity, and impact.
- • Support the growth of a diverse, skilled team by identifying passive candidates, building talent networks, and implementing innovative hiring tactics.
- • Work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between remote work and in-person collaboration at the Madrid headquarters two days per week.
- • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable recruitment model that supports rapid company growth while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and experience.
- • Ensure all hiring activities align with the company’s mission to transform the legal profession through trustworthy, efficient AI solutions.
- • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment—from job postings to offer letters—ensuring zero errors in communication, scheduling, or documentation.
- • Act as a strategic partner to hiring teams by providing market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends in the European legal tech sector.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- • Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting with direct experience hiring for Sales roles such as Account Executive, SDR, and Sales Manager
- • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter
- • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
- • Commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
