• • As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Lexroom Srl, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial, legal, and people strategy of a rapidly scaling legal AI company. This pivotal role demands a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of both startup agility and multinational corporate structure, ensuring Lexroom Srl not only meets but exceeds regulatory compliance and international standards.
• • You will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s overarching financial strategy, meticulously aligning it with long-term scaling objectives. This includes developing robust financial models, managing capital allocation, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization as it expands across Europe and beyond.
• • A critical aspect of your role will be the oversight of the entire Legal, Para-legal, Financial, and Trade Union (Sindacale) infrastructure. This requires a comprehensive understanding of Italian regulations and international best practices to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency. You will be the guardian of our legal and financial integrity, navigating complex regulatory landscapes with expertise.
