- • In this role, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and performance of the organization. Your duties will encompass a broad range of financial activities, including but not limited to, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, capital structure, risk management, and investor relations. You will play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. This includes identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and strategic investments.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve leading and mentoring the finance and accounting teams. You will foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to meet departmental and organizational goals.
