📋 Description

• As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at CatchCreationllc, you will be the principal financial steward, responsible for the strategic financial planning, management, and execution that drives our global eCommerce business forward. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving digital marketplace, ensuring financial health, fostering sustainable growth, and maximizing shareholder value. You will be instrumental in shaping the financial direction of CatchCreationllc, translating our ambitious vision into actionable financial strategies.
• You will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, and investor relations. This includes developing and implementing robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise will be critical in managing cash flow, optimizing capital structure, and identifying opportunities for strategic investments and cost efficiencies.
• A core responsibility will be to lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing accurate and insightful financial projections. You will analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicating these findings effectively to the executive team and board of directors. Your insights will inform critical business decisions, from product development and marketing spend to market expansion and operational improvements.
• You will play a key role in fundraising activities, developing compelling financial models, preparing investor presentations, and cultivating relationships with potential investors and financial institutions. Your ability to articulate the company's financial story and growth potential will be paramount in securing the capital needed to fuel our expansion.
• Partnering closely with the CEO and other executive leaders, you will contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making process. You will provide financial leadership and guidance on all major business initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives and financial goals.
• You will be responsible for managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance. Your proactive approach to risk management will involve identifying and mitigating financial risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring the company is well-prepared for unforeseen challenges.
• In this fully remote environment, you will champion a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability across the organization. You will leverage technology and data analytics to enhance financial reporting, gain deeper insights into business performance, and drive operational efficiencies. Your leadership will extend to mentoring and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• You will be at the forefront of analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic conditions to inform our financial strategy and identify new growth avenues. This includes evaluating the financial viability of new product launches, market entries, and strategic initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• The CFO will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all financial statements and reports, adhering to GAAP or IFRS standards as applicable. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements for internal management, board meetings, and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive profitable growth, enhance financial stability, and contribute significantly to the long-term success and value creation of CatchCreationllc in the dynamic global eCommerce landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance executive in a high-growth, preferably eCommerce or digital-native company.
• Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), treasury, tax, and corporate finance.
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and managing relationships with venture capital, private equity, and banking institutions.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
