  • • As the Head of Business Performance at Form3, you will be a pivotal member of the finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is central to shaping executive governance, establishing a robust operational cadence, and driving company-wide performance improvements. You will be instrumental in embedding a comprehensive performance and governance framework that seamlessly connects strategic objectives with financial planning and day-to-day execution.
  • • **Operational Cadence & Executive Governance:** You will own and continuously evolve the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) framework, ensuring it delivers concise, insight-led reports on business performance, potential risks, and emerging opportunities. A key responsibility will be leading executive action tracking through dedicated E-Team forums, fostering clear accountability and ensuring disciplined follow-through on critical priorities. This involves working collaboratively with Executive Assistants to establish and maintain effective governance structures for these vital E-Team meetings. Furthermore, you will strengthen the executive decision-making processes and board reporting cycles, ensuring a clear and consistent alignment between overarching board objectives and the operational delivery of the company.
  • • **Business Performance & Strategic Alignment:** You will spearhead the company’s business performance strategy, meticulously aligning long-term strategic priorities with actionable operational plans. This involves partnering closely with senior leadership to define unambiguous performance targets that directly contribute to enterprise value creation. A core function will be designing, implementing, and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring a clear line of sight from high-level strategic objectives down to individual team-level outcomes. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting comprehensive performance updates to both executive leadership and the board of directors.
  • • **Cross-Functional Programme & Transformation Leadership:** This role demands leadership in driving high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will ensure these initiatives have a clearly defined scope, designated ownership, and measurable outcomes. A critical aspect will be establishing and leading robust programme governance, which includes meticulous milestone tracking, proactive risk management, and effective executive escalation processes. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus will be key to the success of these transformative projects.
