📋 Description

• • The Chief Human Resources Officer will serve as the first strategic People leader at the enterprise level for a private equity–backed healthcare technology and services platform, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the board and C-suite to drive organizational transformation.
• • Day to day, the CHRO will architect the People function from the ground up, lead organizational design and consolidation across three business units, oversee M&A integration people-side efforts, design total rewards and compliance frameworks, build talent acquisition and enablement systems, implement HR technology including UKG, and own core HR operations while shaping enterprise culture.
• • The company is a growth-stage healthcare platform serving assisted living, in-home care, and practice management through integrated business units, backed by a leading middle-market private equity sponsor, with over $100M in revenue and 250 employees today, poised to grow beyond 350 following a pending transaction.
• • In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to build a centralized HR function from scratch, establish enterprise-wide HR systems and culture, gain direct board exposure, and position the organization for disciplined growth through strategic people leadership during a pivotal consolidation phase.
