📋 Description

• As Chief of Staff at Checkr, you will serve as a strategic extension of the CEO, driving alignment across the executive team and accelerating high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s future. This role is critical to increasing the speed and ambition of the business by leading AI transformations, new product development, M&A support, and enterprise sales enablement.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end execution of the CEO’s top priorities, pressure-test strategies with market and customer insights, serve as a proxy for the CEO in internal and external meetings, optimize cross-functional processes, build financial models and investor presentations, and coach other leaders while taking the pulse of the organization to surface critical information.

• In this role, you will develop elite executive leadership skills, deepen your strategic and operational expertise, gain end-to-end ownership of company-defining initiatives, and build credibility with executives, board members, and investors—positioning you for future C-suite or founder-level impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working at an executive level or equivalent track record
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and bootstrapping initiatives from zero to one
• Track record of using AI to deliver impact
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
• Exceptional, concise written and verbal communication
• Startup founder experience strongly preferred
