📋 Description

• As Chief of Staff at Sword Health, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, enabling the company to scale its AI-first healthcare mission with precision and impact. This role is critical to ensuring alignment across functions, driving execution on key initiatives, and amplifying the leadership’s capacity to focus on long-term vision while navigating complex operational demands in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
• You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and senior executives by managing priorities, synthesizing information across departments, and ensuring that strategic goals are translated into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Day to day, you will: partner with the CEO to develop and refine the company’s strategic agenda, including OKRs and long-term planning; prepare and distribute executive communications, meeting materials, and briefing documents for leadership forums and board meetings; facilitate cross-functional initiatives by identifying dependencies, removing blockers, and tracking progress against milestones; manage the executive calendar and optimize time allocation for maximum impact; conduct special projects and analyses as directed, often involving market research, competitive intelligence, or internal process improvements; serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to leadership, offering candid feedback and perspective on organizational health and decision-making; liaise between the executive team and other departments to ensure information flows smoothly and decisions are communicated effectively; and represent the office of the CEO in internal and external meetings when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPP, etc.) preferred
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, operations, or a similar high-impact analytical role
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, synthesize information quickly, and drive execution in ambiguous environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for C-suite and board-level audiences
• Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to build trust with senior leaders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or healthcare environment
