Director, Provider Operations

📋 Description

• • As Director of Provider Operations, you will serve as the strategic and operational owner of the provider organization, owning the full provider lifecycle from hiring and onboarding through engagement, performance, and retention to build systems that enable exceptional care at scale.
• • You will define and execute workforce strategy, manage provider supply planning, partner with recruiting to build high-quality pipelines, and oversee performance frameworks across quality, productivity, and efficiency while optimizing utilization and designing compensation models.
• • You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to build provider-facing experiences, manage payment systems, and determine the optimal use of W2 and 1099 provider models to support scalable, high-quality care delivery.
• • You will establish and track key metrics such as satisfaction, engagement, retention, and tenure, translating insights into operational and product improvements while ensuring accurate, timely payment operations and fostering a best-in-class provider experience through community building and feedback loops.
