- • As Chief of Staff at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to integrate intelligence into everyday workflows, conversations, errands, and organization with minimal prompting. This role is critical to enabling the company’s scalability and execution across markets.
- • Day to day, you will lead business operations across multiple countries, manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners, oversee office setup, entity incorporation, and market launches, manage payroll implementation and local operational requirements, handle external vendors and service providers, support recruiting operations and hiring activities, plan and execute company events and offsites, track key initiatives for timely completion, and continuously improve processes to increase speed and reliability.
- • The team operates with high talent density, high ownership, and high standards, valuing independent thinking, speed, and problem-solving without waiting for instructions. A1 is building a reliable AI assistant capable of multi-step reasoning, external tool interaction, and persistent context in long-running workflows, aiming to bring intelligence to everyday users globally.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in cross-functional operational leadership, gain experience scaling entities across international markets, strengthen your ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and drive execution in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your contributions directly impact company success.
