• • In this pivotal role, you will serve as the CEO's strategic partner and primary execution engine. Your core responsibility will be to translate high-level strategy into tangible, coordinated action. You will be the linchpin connecting diverse teams around shared objectives, ensuring that strategic decisions are not merely made but are rigorously and effectively delivered upon. A key aspect of your contribution will be to elevate our operational rhythm, enhance the quality and speed of decision-making processes, unlock greater executive bandwidth, and spearhead the delivery of our most impactful strategic priorities.

• • You will own and continuously refine our operating cadence, encompassing OKRs, weekly check-ins, quarterly reviews, and strategic offsites. This includes ensuring that all leaders are thoroughly prepared, fully aligned, and consistently follow through on commitments, even in situations where the CEO cannot be directly present.
• • A significant part of your role will involve creating clarity and alignment across Product, Revenue, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams. You will drive the process for making decisions quickly and with a well-defined structure, ensuring these decisions are effectively translated into actionable plans and executed.
• • You will act as the CEO's indispensable right-hand, proactively anticipating needs, ensuring all action items are closed, and proactively removing any friction points that hinder progress. Your objective will be to free up approximately 30% of the CEO's bandwidth, allowing them to focus on higher-level strategic matters. This will also involve supporting executive preparation for board meetings and refining the company's strategic narrative.
• • You will serve as a confidential and trusted sounding board for the CEO, offering insights and guidance on performance, strategic direction, and priority setting.
• • You will take the lead on executing 2-4 high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives annually, managing them from initial scoping through to successful delivery. This requires a dual capability of strategic foresight and pragmatic, hands-on execution.
• • You will establish and maintain clear, concise, and lightweight visibility into the progress of key initiatives and company priorities. This involves translating complex data and insights into crisp, executive-level narratives that inform strategic direction. You will also enable other leaders to clearly connect their individual workstreams to overarching company-level outcomes, fostering a sense of shared purpose and accountability.
• • Your role is crucial in ensuring that reporting mechanisms are effective, providing essential visibility to leadership. You will translate data and insights into clear, executive-level communications, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
