- • As the Chief of Staff at Bjakcareer, you will serve as a critical strategic partner and trusted advisor to the founder CEO, acting as an extension of their vision and operational capacity. This pivotal role is designed to maximize the CEO's effectiveness by managing strategic priorities, driving execution across the organization, and ensuring seamless communication and alignment at the executive level. You will be instrumental in translating the company's ambitious mission into tangible, actionable objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to partner directly with the founder CEO to meticulously define, track, and drive progress on company-wide strategic priorities, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and other critical initiatives. This involves deep engagement with the CEO's strategic thinking, ensuring that the company's efforts are consistently focused on the most impactful areas.
- • You will be responsible for preparing high-quality, insightful briefings, conducting thorough analysis, and formulating strategic recommendations to support C-level decision-making. This analytical rigor will be crucial in optimizing the founder CEO's time and focus, allowing them to concentrate on the most strategic aspects of the business.
- • A key function of this role is to lead and facilitate core leadership forums, including Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings and strategic off-sites. You will drive clear agendas, ensure comprehensive documentation, and champion cross-departmental alignment, thereby maintaining execution momentum across all leadership teams.
- • You will act as a central hub for communication, planning, and coordination for the ELT. This involves drafting and refining polished communication materials for various stakeholders, including internal teams, the Board of Directors, and investors, serving as a key liaison to ensure information flows effectively across departments.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex, cross-functional problems. You will own these challenges, driving them to resolution with a strong bias for speed, structure, and accountability, ensuring that obstacles to growth are swiftly removed.
- • You will play a significant role in scaling the company by identifying and building necessary systems and processes. Your efforts will be crucial in driving momentum within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring that Bjakcareer can effectively manage its growth.
- • You will lead and execute high-priority, complex projects that may not have a natural departmental owner. This requires a hands-on approach, supporting strategic initiatives from the initial planning stages through to successful execution, ensuring that critical projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will proactively coordinate the development and implementation of solutions and systems required to enable company-wide scale, ensuring that Bjakcareer's operations can keep pace with its ambitious growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a previous Chief of Staff role in high-growth startups.
- • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal direction and significant accountability.
- • Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and executive-level communication skills.
- • Experience working directly with C-level executives or founders and handling high-stakes, sensitive work.
- • Maturity, discretion, and sound judgment, especially when navigating sensitive or high-pressure situations.
- • Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from our HQ in Petaling Jaya as required.
