- • As Chief of Staff at Superpower Labs Inc., you will serve as a critical strategic partner to the CEO, directly influencing high-impact areas including company strategy, recruiting, operations, fundraising, and culture. This role is foundational to scaling the organization’s mission in consumer healthcare and longevity, where your judgment, reliability, and ability to execute on ambiguous priorities will amplify the CEO’s effectiveness and elevate company-wide performance.
- • Day to day, you will: lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for key hires, partner with investors on communications and reporting, drive internal communications to align teams around goals and values, shape brand messaging and external storytelling, own and evolve company culture initiatives, spearhead special projects ranging from product launches to operational improvements, build and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making, and facilitate company-wide goal-setting processes including OKRs and strategic planning cycles.
