- • Serve as the primary strategic and operational partner to the entrepreneur, supporting multiple business entities across fast-paced, high-growth ventures
- • Oversee daily business operations by anticipating needs, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and resolving issues before they escalate
- • Lead and manage cross-functional special projects and new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives and growth priorities
- • Act as the central liaison between the client and internal teams, external vendors, and key business partners to ensure seamless communication and execution
- • Process and reconcile orders and invoices with precision, maintaining accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with internal standards
- • Optimize administrative and operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all business functions
- • Manage and protect the client’s high-level calendar, prioritizing time allocation to mission-critical activities and minimizing distractions
- • Prepare and edit executive-level documents, reports, presentations, and business communications with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- • Independently identify opportunities for process improvement, propose actionable solutions, and implement changes without direct oversight
- • Handle confidential business matters with discretion, ensuring data integrity and adherence to company policies
- • Assist with personal administrative duties including scheduling personal appointments, coordinating domestic and international travel, managing reservations, and handling sensitive personal requests
- • Ensure strict adherence to established business processes while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- • Support the execution of business strategy by translating high-level goals into actionable plans, tracking progress, and providing timely updates to the client
- • Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, remaining calm and effective under pressure, even when managing conflicting deadlines and urgent requests
- • Operate with complete autonomy, demonstrating initiative, maturity, and resourcefulness in environments with minimal structure and high ambiguity
- • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in both business and personal support tasks
- • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence by consistently delivering high-quality work and modeling best practices across the organization
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in an operational, administrative, or leadership support role, with readiness to assume Chief of Staff responsibilities
- • Demonstrated ability to accurately process and reconcile orders and invoices
- • Strong problem-solving skills and proven capacity to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort with business software, bookkeeping concepts, and process optimization
- • Highly organized, adaptable, and unflappable with a solutions-oriented approach
🏖️ Benefits
- • Pay range of $65,000 – $90,000 (1099 contract, based on experience)
- • Long-term contract position
- • Hybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite in Denver, CO, with remote flexibility for remaining days
