📋 Description

• • As Chief of Staff – Performance & Execution at Almedia, you will architect and own the company-wide performance engine from the ground up, turning ambition into consistent, measurable execution across every department in a high-growth, bootstrapped unicorn-in-the-making.
• • You will design and implement AI-led performance management systems, define KPIs and performance multipliers across R&D, Product, and Go-to-Market, coach and challenge department leads on high-performance standards, build reward architectures including bonus, equity, and commission structures, introduce elite operating rhythms and resilience frameworks, and grow a team starting as a solo operator and scaling with the company.
