📋 Description

• The Chief of Staff at Extend Your Team, LLC serves as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the COO, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution to drive organizational effectiveness and scalability in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• This role is critical to the company’s next stage of growth, ensuring alignment, accountability, and follow-through on high-priority initiatives while strengthening internal operations and enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.
• Own and lead high-priority initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accountability, and timely execution by identifying gaps, solving problems, and removing bottlenecks that impede progress.
• Act as a force multiplier to the COO by taking ownership of key initiatives, helping prioritize work based on strategic impact, stepping in to lead or support projects as needed, and partnering across departments to ensure goals, objectives, and processes are aligned.
• Strengthen internal operations by improving processes, communication, and cross-functional coordination, bringing structure to undefined or inefficient areas, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations through systematic improvements.
• Develop and leverage AI to enhance and streamline processes, utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, reduce manual work, and identify opportunities for automation that increase organizational efficiency.
• Oversee core business functions with light oversight, including supporting HR/People Operations (performance management, basic people ops systems, coordination with external resources) and partnering with finance/bookkeeping to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and visibility into payroll and expenses, including owning the end-to-end payroll process.
• Support training and development by improving onboarding and internal training processes, coordinating training initiatives and resources, identifying development needs for internal teams and external contractors, and managing the delivery and completion of required training.
• Fully utilize and manage the company’s technology stack, ensuring tools like Monday.com are consistently used, maintained, and optimized by the internal team, while personally learning, adopting, and utilizing technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, Chief of Staff, or similar cross-functional roles with a track record of owning and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading or supporting AI initiatives to improve internal processes and operations, including identifying automation opportunities and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Background in startups, agencies, or other high-growth environments, with demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, create structure where none exists, and influence without formal authority.
• High proficiency with a variety of tools (e.g., project management systems like Monday.com) and the ability to leverage them to their full potential to improve workflows and accuracy.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership, particularly in supporting COO or CEO-level executives, with strong judgment, prioritization skills, and comfort addressing challenges directly.
