- • As a Senior Partner Success Manager at Via Transportation, you will serve as the trusted advisor and internal advocate for partners, building durable relationships that drive long-term revenue growth and service expansion.
- • Day to day, you will develop partner strategies by assessing strengths and weaknesses, build deep relationships by identifying pain points and growth opportunities, analyze service performance data to deliver actionable recommendations, and negotiate contract renewals and expansions to increase year-on-year revenue.
- • Via is a mission-driven company using technology to transform global transportation, aiming to reduce environmental footprints and increase access to jobs, healthcare, and education through innovative transit solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic advisory skills, deepen expertise in transportation operations and partner growth, and achieve measurable impact on partner success and company revenue while mentoring teammates and thriving in a fast-paced, responsibility-heavy environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
- • Relationship builder who remains calm and collected during crises or criticism and celebrates partner successes
- • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy; able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize numbers into actionable recommendations
- • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments and high-responsibility roles
- • Excellent team player and mentor who views success as a team effort and enjoys collaboration
- • Comfortable with frequent travel and excited to connect with partners face-to-face
