📋 Description

• As Chief of Staff at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to integrate intelligence into everyday workflows, conversations, and task completion with minimal prompting.
• You will lead business operations across multiple countries, manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners, oversee office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, payroll implementation, vendor management, and support recruiting operations and hiring activities.
• You will plan and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics, track key initiatives, and improve processes to increase speed and reliability as the company scales.
• The role is part of a small, highly capable team operating with high talent density, ownership, and standards, where you will contribute directly to the company’s success by thinking independently, moving quickly, and solving problems without waiting for instructions.
• You will gain end-to-end exposure to scaling a global tech startup, develop leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
• Able to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently.
