  • • As the Chief of Staff to the CRO at Ping Identity Corporation, you will serve as a critical strategic partner and a force multiplier for the entire global revenue organization. This pivotal role is designed to translate the Chief Revenue Officer's strategic vision into tangible operational execution across all Go-To-Market functions, including Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Partner management, and Sales Enablement. You will be instrumental in ensuring the organization remains laser-focused on the highest-impact initiatives essential for predictable revenue scaling. Your success will hinge on your exceptional business judgment, unwavering operational rigor, and your adeptness at influencing senior leaders within a complex, cross-functional environment.   • • In this dynamic role, you will be deeply involved in several key areas of focus that are crucial for driving revenue growth and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CRO, playing a vital role in ensuring cohesive alignment across the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team. This involves facilitating alignment and fostering accountability among senior leaders from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience. You will often represent the CRO in critical leadership meetings and forums, serving as a proxy to advance priorities and ensure unified direction. A significant part of your responsibility will be to ensure that clear context and strategic priorities are effectively communicated and understood throughout the organization, empowering teams to execute with precision and efficiency. You will also help to sharpen leadership focus on the most impactful revenue drivers, ensuring that resources and efforts are directed towards activities that yield the greatest return. Furthermore, you will manage the critical operating cadence that underpins visibility, accountability, and execution across the GTM organization. This includes structuring essential leadership meetings, forecast discussions, and business reviews, ensuring they are productive and action-oriented. You will partner closely with Sales Operations and Finance to maintain a consistent operational rhythm and provide clear visibility into performance metrics. Crucially, you will ensure that discussions within leadership forums translate into concrete decisions and actionable execution plans, driving tangible progress. You will also be tasked with supporting the execution of the CRO’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This involves driving complex, cross-functional programs such as strategic deal initiatives, ensuring GTM readiness for new product launches, and optimizing sales coverage models. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness across the entire revenue organization, streamlining processes and improving efficiency. A key aspect of this will be ensuring that these key initiatives progress with clear ownership, well-defined milestones, and robust accountability mechanisms in place.
