- • Own the creation of first-draft executive materials for the CTO, executive team, and senior stakeholders without requiring extensive input or revision.
- • Build and maintain comprehensive initiative trackers for major Engineering workstreams, ensuring visibility into progress, blockers, and risks, and escalate ambiguities or delays on the CTO’s behalf.
- • Conduct data-driven analysis of Engineering operations, including delivery performance, cost structures, and organisational efficiency, using multiple data sources to generate clear, actionable recommendations.
- • Lead the planning and coordination of Engineering Quarterly Planning cycles, including agenda design, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up on action items.
- • Manage the CTO Office operating rhythm by coordinating leadership forums, scheduling, and communication workflows to ensure alignment and focus across teams.
- • Analyse Engineering supplier costs, contract usage, and value delivery, preparing review materials in close coordination with Procurement and Finance teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
- • Design and implement lightweight, repeatable AI-powered workflows to automate research, synthesis, drafting, and data analysis tasks across the CTO Office, increasing pace and reducing manual effort.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between the CTO and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment without overstepping authority or creating friction.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to organisational design, talent decisions, supplier contracts, cost data, and executive priorities.
- • Independently identify operational inefficiencies within Engineering and propose data-backed improvements without needing direction or oversight.
- • Translate complex technical and operational data into concise, executive-ready reports that drive decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
- • Proactively anticipate the CTO’s informational needs and prepare materials ahead of meetings or decisions, reducing reactive work and increasing strategic focus.
- • Champion the adoption of AI tools across the CTO Office and Engineering teams, demonstrating practical use cases and scaling effective workflows.
- • Track and report on cost-saving opportunities related to technology suppliers, tools, and resources, with clear metrics on ROI and impact.
- • Coordinate logistics for senior leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-functional workshops, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.
- • Synthesise feedback from Engineering leads and translate it into strategic insights for the CTO, bridging operational realities with executive priorities.
