• • As Chief of Staff for Enterprise Sales at Stripe, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Chief Revenue Officer - Americas Enterprise, driving critical initiatives that shape the future of AMER Sales with speed and precision. This role is pivotal in translating strategy into execution, ensuring operational excellence across cross-functional programs that impact revenue generation and market expansion.
• • Day to day, you will assist in launching, troubleshooting, and owning time-sensitive projects; attend planning and review meetings on behalf of or alongside the CRO; review and streamline processes and communications across multiple sales teams; coordinate meeting preparations with key partners by identifying goals, analyzing business relationships, and briefing attendees; drive insights and efficiencies in execution; stay current on GTM and product trends; and build internal and external networks to accelerate deal management.
