📋 Description

• • As Chief of Staff to the CMO at Atticus, Inc., you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to expand access to life-changing legal and government aid for people in need, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and driving growth through data-informed experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• • Day to day, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand client needs, analyze funnel data to identify growth opportunities, develop and launch new marketing channel tests with clear success criteria, evaluate performance through weekly reporting, and lead cross-functional projects with Creative, Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build user-centered experiences.
