- • A seed-stage AI SaaS startup operating in the energy and high-hazard industrial sector is looking for a Chief of Staff, Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the company.
- • Working directly alongside the CEO, you will help drive the company's most critical priorities — spanning day-to-day operations, go-to-market execution, product planning, customer success, and fundraising.
- • This role is built for someone who thrives in organized chaos and knows how to build just-enough process to maintain momentum without creating bureaucracy.
- • Key responsibilities include mirroring the CEO's activities, owning end-to-end project delivery timelines, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, designing and implementing systems to track decisions, and supporting the creation of materials for investor updates.
- • The role also involves managing day-to-day operational needs, including admin, travel coordination, conference logistics, and meeting agendas.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
- • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across product, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
- • Background in management consulting (MBB) or investment banking strongly preferred.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually
