- • As Chief of Staff to the CTO at SentiLink Corporation, you will serve as the operational backbone of the technology organization, translating strategic vision into disciplined execution across Engineering and Data Science teams. This role is critical to ensuring that SentiLink’s rapid growth is matched by organizational rigor, enabling the company to maintain its leadership in identity verification innovation while scaling with clarity and accountability.
- • You will drive execution and operational excellence by turning the CTO’s priorities into clear, trackable initiatives; establishing and managing leadership cadences such as roadmap reviews and KPI tracking; identifying bottlenecks early and proactively resolving them; and improving processes to increase velocity, accountability, and organizational clarity across high-stakes technical projects.
- • You will ensure cross-functional alignment and follow-through by synchronizing Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams on priorities and tradeoffs; tracking dependencies; driving alignment on hiring plans and strategic initiatives; and ensuring accountability from cross-functional meetings through disciplined follow-up and documentation.
- • You will provide strategic and analytical support by synthesizing inputs from across teams to inform technical decision-making; developing data-driven insights for roadmap and resource allocation; preparing high-quality executive materials for leadership and board discussions; and supporting long-term planning including org design and capacity planning for the technology organization.
- • You will join a high-impact, mission-driven company that has verified hundreds of millions of identities through real-time APIs, earned recognition from Forbes, TechCrunch, and CNBC, and made history as the first eCBSV provider while testifying before the U.S. House of Representatives on the future of identity.
- • You will work within a digital-first, collaborative culture with offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work based on location and role design, allowing you to contribute effectively whether in-office or remotely.
- • You will develop deep expertise in technical program management at scale, sharpen your ability to bridge strategy and execution in a high-growth fintech environment, and gain visibility into executive decision-making while building systems that enable organizational scalability and resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- • 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Program Management, Product, or similar execution-heavy roles.
- • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution in high-growth startup environments.
- • Strong technical fluency to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists on complex technical topics.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high ownership mindset and bias for action.
