📋 Description

• • The Chief of Staff to the CEO serves as a strategic execution partner and force multiplier, translating the CEO’s priorities into concrete outcomes while driving accountability across leadership and ensuring strategic initiatives progress on schedule.
• • Day to day, the role involves acting as an extension of the CEO in meetings, capturing decisions and driving alignment; managing complex multi-time-zone calendars and travel logistics; preparing executive communications, briefings, and board materials; tracking organization-wide initiatives; owning the company’s operating cadence including OKRs and leadership meetings; and identifying and resolving execution bottlenecks before they impact outcomes.
• • Distro, Inc. is a 70-person, private-equity-backed, growth-stage software company delivering infrastructure execution and management solutions for large-scale telecom and utility network rollouts, providing real-time visibility, advanced analytics, and streamlined project closeout across complex construction programs.
